Introduction

Conventional test cords have one test  pin and long cord. If the test pin breaks then that test cord becomes useless. To avoid this we have designed a new type of test cord. This cord will have a special pin and  long cord along with crocodile clips or banana pins at the other end. The pin used is made of glass epoxy PCB with special tinning at the top for a longer life. If this pin is damaged then it can be simply replaced by another similar pin by removing and refixing one screw. Thus same cord can be reused by only replacing the test pin.
